FF Beauty Package Studio ("we," "our," or "the studio") operates this website to share information about our services, showcase our work, and make it easy to reach us. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit.

The short version

This website does not have sign-ups, accounts, or online payments, and it does not run analytics or advertising trackers. It includes an appointment-request form that opens WhatsApp and an assistant that can answer questions about the studio. Chat messages and responses may be logged as described below.

Information We Collect

The appointment-request form collects the details you enter, such as your name, phone number, requested service, preferred date, and notes, only in your browser. Submitting the form opens WhatsApp with those details prepared for you to review and send. The website does not store the appointment form itself.

If you use the assistant, your message, the assistant's response, and the time of the exchange may be recorded in a private Google Sheet operated by the studio. Messages are processed through Google Apps Script and an external AI service to generate a response. Do not enter payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information in the chat.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses your browser's local storage for one purpose: remembering that you've seen and dismissed the cookie notice. It does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. You can clear this at any time through your browser's settings, and the notice will simply appear again on your next visit.

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font, like loading any resource from a server, means your browser makes a request that includes standard technical information such as your IP address. This is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, not by us.

Third-Party Links

This site uses or links to third-party services including Google Fonts, Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, the chat service provider, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Those providers may process standard technical information, chat content, or information you choose to send under their own privacy terms.

Chat Records

Chat records are used to answer questions, troubleshoot the assistant, prevent abuse, and improve customer service. Access should be limited to the studio and people who maintain the service. To ask about or request deletion of a chat record, contact the studio using the number below and provide enough detail to identify the conversation.

Photos and video featured in the gallery and elsewhere on this site are of real clients, used with their permission to showcase our work. If you're a client and would like a photo of you removed, contact us using the information below and we'll take care of it.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
